1 Production Overview
51AP series pipette is a kind of precise sample pipette developed by keyto. Its main function is to realize accurate quantitative suction and discharge of liquid. The pipette holder and its driving structure are compact, with high precision and accuracy of fluid suction and discharge.

1.1 Characteristics Of 51AP Series
The pipette adopts a linear slide guide structure to ensure the stability of the movement. The screw nut pair is used in the middle to drive the slide block to move up and down along the slide rail, and the push plate is fixed on the slide block to drive the pipette plunger rod to move up and down. Realize quantitative suction and discharge of liquid by driving the number of rotation steps of the stepping motor.
Configure a syringe module with a capacity of 50-500uL.
During the life cycle of the pipette, it has extremely high and stable quantitative suction and discharge accuracy.
Plunger suction and discharge stroke: 18-30mm
Travel of retracting TIP head: 10-12mm
