Product Overview:

The MSP series programmable syringe pump (integrated multi-channel rotary shear valve) is a precision dosing component developed by Keyto. The main function is precisely aspirating/dispensing liquids and switching the direction of fluid flow.

Main Features:
 

1. Integrated Functions:

Integrated glass syringe and rotary shear valve in one. Liquid path channels can be selected and switched

according to different applications. It is highly integrated and small in size.

2. Integrated Control:

With its own control module, it saves user development time and improves product development progress.

It can realize the corresponding liquid circuit function by inputting the corresponding command according

to the demand.

3. Wide Range of Speeds:

The speed range of the 60mm stroke syringe can satisfy a single full stroke from 1.2s to 1200s, and the

speed range of the 30mm stroke syringe can satisfy a single full stroke from 1.2s to 9600s. The program

allows the user to optimize the liquid handling performance by changing the start speed, maximum speed

and stop speed.

4. Communication Compatible:

Compatible with multiple communication interfaces (RS232, RS485, or CAN) and communication protocols

(OEM or DT), up to 15 pumps can be linked and collaborated via RS485 or CAN interfaces.

 

5. Compatible installations:

Compatible with 100μL, 250μL, 500μL, and 1.0 mL syringe volumes, with individual valve control for each

channel.

6. Maintenance-free:

The product is maintenance-free during its service life. Valve head and syringe movement counts have

been added to the control for easy periodic maintenance replacement
