Product Description

  1.  Production Overview
ADP (Air Displacement Pipettor) is a keyto module based on pneumatic suction and discharge technology with TIP head for pipetting. With tips of different specifications, ADP is suitable for automatic suction and discharge in the range of 2-1000ul. Keyto ADP provides a fast and reliable mechanical transfer module, as well as common communication interfaces, which are suitable for integration in pipetting platforms that are more sensitive to cross-contamination, and testing equipment pipetting units, providing reliable and high-performance pipettes for all types of equipment. 1.1 Characteristics of SP16 series pipette
  1. This pipette adopts a unique mechanical structure, and multiple ADPs are used together. After the tip head is loaded, the center distance between the tip heads can be 9mm, which greatly improves the pipetting speed;
  2. This pipette integrates a high-performance drive control unit, and provides CAN, RS232, RS485 three communication interfaces and corresponding protocols, which can quickly and easily implement multiple functional applications of ADP through the host computer;
  3. The pipette is equipped with powerful sensors and algorithms, which can be applied to various reagents and high-speed liquid level detection in high humidity environments, shielding the interference of liquid film, and supporting sample clot detection function;
  4. This pipette can realize the function of automatic tip withdrawal, and can realize the function of correct tip loading and drop detection;
  5. Advanced cylinder processing technology, strict inspection procedures, and unique sealing scheme ensure that the service life of the cylinder can reach more than 1 million times without maintenance and care;
  6. The parts and materials contacting the TIP head have good chemical resistance and high abrasion resistance. It can ensure that there is no need to replace the TIP adapter during the life cycle;
  7. The single pipette weighs about 400g, which is light and convenient.
