1 Production Overview
726X series syringe assembly is a precision plunger syringe assembly independently researched and developed by Ken Tuo. Its main function is to achieve accurate quantitative suction and discharge of liquid. The syringe assembly support uses an integral mold opening piece, which has extremely high suction and discharge accuracy and accuracy. Without affecting precision and accuracy, the service life: uL grade can reach more than 3 million cycles, mL grade can reach more than 2 million cycles. It is a high-performance, low-cost, maintenance-free precision syringe assembly.

1. 1 Characteristics Of 726X Series
The syringe assembly bracket assembly is processed integrally with an open-molded aluminum profile, which reduces the impact of processing errors and assembly errors. At the same time, a dual guide rod structure is used to ensure the stability of the movement. The guide rod moves up and down, the push plate is fixed on the slider to drive the plunger rod of the syringe up and down, and the liquid is sucked and discharged by driving the number of rotation steps of the stepper motor.
100uL ~ 15mL syringes with various specifications can be configured.
During the life cycle of the syringe, it has extremely high and stable quantitative suction and discharge accuracy. When tested with deionized water as the medium, the repeatability accuracy and suction and discharge accuracy are as follows:
