1 Production Overview
6X12-2 series digestion module is a 1.3mm diameter integrated digestion module independently developed by Keyto. Its main function is to realize the on-off of the liquid circuit, resistance to strong acid and alkali corrosion, high temperature and high pressure. The digestion valve components are available in 3Kg, 8Kg and 15Kg models, can withstand different reagents under different working conditions, and have an action life of more than 2 million times. It is a high-performance, low-cost, maintenance-free integrated digestion valve Component.
1.1 Characteristics Of 6X12-2 Series
 Orifice: 1.3mm diameter; small resistance along the way
 Flow rate: flow capacity Cv is about 0.03; flow rate is about 5mL/s (pressure difference 50Kpa, under 25ºC conditions, pure water)
Small dead volume: no dead volume inside the solenoid valve;

1.2 Words Definition    
  1. Flow capacity CV

  1. Response Time T
From the inlet end, pass air or water with a medium of 0.25 MPa or the maximum working pressure difference, and pass a rated on-off signal to the solenoid valve under test to open and close the solenoid valve, and the pressure change on the outlet side of the solenoid valve is measured by a pressure sensor. At the same time, the test instrument with fast response time starts from the moment the voltage is turned on and off until the pressure rises to 90% of the maximum value (normally closed solenoid valve) or the pressure drops to 10% of the maximum value (normally open solenoid valve). Repeat Take the arithmetic average of the three tests as the turn-on response time or turn-off response time respectively.
According to engineering experience, the response time T exceeds 50ms, and the air gap of the valve is close to the design critical value, and there will be a phenomenon of instability of pull-in. Therefore, the response time is generally within the declared life and cannot exceed 50ms.
In addition, there is the use of the response time of the current method in the industry. According to the current change caused by the change of the coil magnetic field when the solenoid valve is switched, the action response time T1 is measured. T1 is generally less than the response time T of the air flow method.
  1. Sealing ability
 External leakage
The solenoid valve is in the open state, the outlet end is closed, and the inlet end is supplied with water at a nominal pressure of 5ºC~40ºC, and the pressure is maintained for 1min. There should be no leakage at each connection of the solenoid valve, that is, external leakage.
 Internal leakage
