Product Description

1. Product Overview

The 51AP series pipette is a pipetting module developed by Keyto based on pneumatic pipetting technology for automatically aspirating and dispensing 5-1000ul fluid with different sizes of disposable tips. The pipettes provide a fast and reliable mechanical adaptor module for integration into pipetting platforms and testing equipment that are sensitive to cross-contamination, providing a reliable and high-performance pipetting module for all types of equipment.

1. Main Features of 51AP Series Pipettes 
2. The pipette adopts a double pilot bearings structure to ensure the smoothness of motion. In the middle, the stripper plate is driven up and down along the pilot bearing by screw and nuts, and the piston is driven by the stripper plate to the aspiration and dispense of liquid, and the precise dosing is achieved by driving the rotation of the stepper motor.
3. Configured with syringe modules of 50-500 μL volume.
4. Very high, consistent and quantitative pipetting accuracy during the life cycle of the pipette.
5. Piston aspirate and dispense stroke: 18mm.
6. Eject disposable tips stroke: 6 mm.
7. End position optical detection. The optical sensor analyses whether the plunger is at the initial point of aspirate.
8. Long-life, high-performance 1.8° two-phase stepper motors.
9. This pipette can be integrated into high-performance driven control unit, and provides three kinds of communication interfaces and corresponding protocols: CAN, RS232 and RS485, which can be easily and quickly used by the host computer for a variety of pipette functions.
10. This pipette allows for automatic disposable tip rejection.
11. Advanced cylinder and chamber processing technology, strict inspection procedures, and unique sealing solutions ensure that the pipette life can reach more than 1 million cycles and maintenance free.
12. Good chemical resistance and high wear resistance of the materials of the parts in contact with the disposable tips. It ensures that the disposable tips cone do not need to be replaced during their life cycle.
