  1. Production Overview
    96-channel pipettes is a precision plunger syringe assembly independently developed by Keyto. Its main function is to achieve precise and quantitative liquid suction and discharge. The syringe assembly bracket is made of metal aluminum, which has extremely high liquid suction and discharge accuracy and liquid suction and discharge accuracy. Without affecting the precision and accuracy, the service life can reach more than 2 million cycles. It is a high-performance, low-cost, maintenance-free precision syringe assembly.
     
  2. 1. 1 Characteristics Of 96 Channel Pipettes
    96-channel pipettes can simultaneously realize the suction and discharge of 96 channels at the same time. This product adopts a double guide rod structure to ensure the smoothness of movement. In the middle, a screw nut is used to drive the slider to move up and down along the guide rod, and the plate is pushed. It is fixed on the slider to drive the plunger rod of the syringe to move up and down, and the liquid is quantitatively sucked and discharged by driving the number of rotation steps of the stepping motor.
    During the life cycle of the syringe, it has extremely high and stable quantitative suction and discharge accuracy. When tested with deionized water as the medium, the repeatability accuracy and suction and discharge accuracy are shown in the table below:
